Fraunhofer diffraction measurement principle

laser is aligned into a parallel light beam by collimator lens to catch the object on the light path. Diffraction image of the object will be projected on CCD sensor by the imaging system. Then the object dimension can be accurately calculated by analyzing and calculating the diffraction fringe.

 

 

 

Telecentric optical measurement principle

When the object is caught by the laser beam passed through lens, a bright and dark area will be formed on CCD. Then object dimension will be accurately calculated by detecting the bright and dark edges and software analysis.
 

 

 

Fresnel diffraction measurement principle

Adopt CCD array sensor and pulse laser light source, calculating object dimensions by directly analyzing object diffraction waveform distribution characteristics.
 

 

 

 

 

Length meter measurement technology

Interference fringe light spot is generated when two laser beams intersect on the surface of the object. The interference fringe modulates the scattered light from the object, which frequency is positively correlated with the object's velocity.
Digitization information system to process the fringes, combines with software to analyze and calculate object velocity and length.
 
 
 

Drawing die measurement technology

Based on optical imaging technology, 3D reconstruction of drawing die inner holes can be achieved through optical scanning, which can measure bearing variation, inclination, bearing length, ovality ,reduction cone angle .,etc.
